I was born and raised in Switzerland and, having lived in numerous major cities around the world, have had many opportunities to experience different cultures and design styles. I have been greatly inspired by the different techniques and applications in regards to color, and strive to enhance spaces with color to promote a sense of wellbeing, serenity, and ease. Having lived on the Eastern coastline of the U.S. for the past twenty years, I have developed a great love for the natural world. I like to use textures from different types of fabrics, like linen and cotton, to help to bring the outside world in, and use wood and glass to create the perfect balance between the inherent ruggedness of nature with the cozy feeling of being in one’s home. I pay attention to every small detail as I feel that every aspect of a home is equally important.

I have built and renovated several homes and I love working with renters and clients. Their initial reactions to my homes and design style is something that makes me love what I do even more. This costal home in Cape Cod was created to work with the beauty of the natural world surrounding it to create a well-balanced, harmonious space that one can relax in. I feel that simple, functional designs are key to maintaining that balance. The themes of harmony and balance are always first and foremost in my designs, but also translate to my love for cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with my family.
